The Employment Specialists acts as a liaison between the “new hire” and the employer. When there is a discrepancy in job performance, the Employment Specialists provides appropriate interventions or techniques so that the employee has an opportunity to correct or modify performance.  

 

Likewise, if the employee has a physical or medical limitation, our Employment Specialists will help you to make a reasonable accommodation with the least amount of interference with everyday business or productivity.

 

Our services continue until all agree that the performance of the new hire is optimal. We will even return long after the placement is made if the employee takes on a new job task or is promoted to a new position.
