Over the past ten years, the Employment Department of Alternatives, Inc. tripled in size and began to diversify the populations to whom it provided employment services from those with entry level skills to those with advanced degrees and skills. As a result, we have evolved to meet the changing needs of today’s workforce. With the ongoing support from our parent agency, Alternatives, Inc., in 2008, we were empowered to become Bridges to Employment.
