TRANSITION SERVICES
Through our Transition Services, Bridges to Employment works with the Child Study Team to prepare students with special needs for work after high school.
Our services are customizable.We can blend our program to fit in with the schools’ existing curriculum, while also individualizing services
to meet the vocational needs of each individual student.
The Transition Services Program offers the following services:
• Community BasedVocational Assessments
• Job Preparation Classes
• Job Retention Classes
• Career Exploration
• Structured Learning Experiences
• Job Placement & Job Coaching
Through Transition Services, it is our goal to see the efforts that the school and the student put forth over the years be put to good use upon graduation. We strive to see the student experience a seamless transition from high school to work, or work readiness services in the adult service system.
