Our goal to help our Clients find successful employment while fulfilling the employers' staffing needs. We aim to 'bridge the gap' to successful employment.

1979 - Alternatives Inc. is founded. 


1998 - Alternatives Inc. begins Supported Employment Program. 


2002 - Alternatives Inc. gets accredited for Supported Employment through CARF.


2008 - Alternatives Inc.'s Supported Employment was re-branded as Bridges to Employment. (BTE) 


2009 - BTE opens up the Career Development Center (CDC) for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population. 


2014- BTE opens its first Day Program, Abilities in Motion (AIM) in Raritan NJ. 


2018 -  Bridges to Employment's 10 year Anniversary! BTE rolls out its new Logo, and Website.
